In alignment with the Outdoor Industry Association’s new sustainability benchmark, TrailEase has committed to sourcing 100% post-consumer recycled aluminum for all frame components and transitioning to GRS-certified bio-polyester fabrics by Q4 2027.
The company will also introduce take-back programs and modular repair kits in 2025 to extend product lifecycles.
This move responds to growing regulatory pressure and consumer demand: 78% of U.S. campers now prioritize eco-certified gear, per OIA’s 2024 Consumer Pulse Report.
